A coworker at a daily paper I used to work at once told me, “We wear many hats around here.”
It’s pretty much become the anthem of my life — I’m journalist, a physicist, a teacher, a filmmaker, a farmer, a marathoner, an author and an iPhone application designer.
I don’t know what drives me to such pursuits, but I hope it doesn’t stop any time soon. I’m going into my senior year at Drake University, so I guess I’m going to have to make up my mind pretty quick.
